D I R E C T I O N S Place the cashews in a container and fill with enough filtered water to cover 1 inch above the cashews. Soak at room temperature for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. Drain and rinse, then place in the blender. Start the blender on slow and begin processing the cashews. If your blender includes a tamper, use it to help stir the cashews as they process. If not, stop the blender periodically and stir with a spoon to insure a smooth consistency. Slowly increase the speed of the blender and pour filtered water into the blender slowly, stopping periodically to insure the mix is stirred and even.
