In the stand mixer with a paddle attachment,c raisins place the bananas, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix on medium speed until thec unsweetened mixture is mostly smooth with some lumps (3-5 minutes). Add the raisins and dried dried coconut coconut, then mix for a few seconds to incorporate. Add the chocolate chips and mix1 c vegan chocolate chips to incorporate.
