Combine the oats, macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds,c coconut oil flax, cinnamon, and salt in a large stainless steel bowl.c pure maple syrup In a small bowl, use a fork to mash the bananas and vanilla extract together. In a2 tsp vanilla extract sauce pan, heat the coconut oil and maple syrup. When they are warm to the touch 2 bananas, medium (175-200F), turn off the heat and add the banana/vanilla mix. Whip the banana into the maple mix until smooth. Pour the warm banana/maple mix over the dry ingredients while stirring to combine and coat the ingredients.
