In this version, we keep it tropical with an all-fruit base1 papaya, medium(about 1 lb) of pineapple, papaya, banana, orange, and acai.1 pineapple, medium(about 3 lb)4 packets organicacai pulp, frozen D I R E C T I O N S Peel and freeze four of the bananas, preferably overnight.6 bananas, medium,frozen Peel the oranges. Peel the papayas, cut in half and use a spoon to gently scoop1 c Banana Macnut out the seeds. Cut the head and bottom off of the pineapple, the cut off the skin.Granola (page 25) Cut into quarters, then cut at an angle to remove the core from each piece. Set asidec shredded coconut two of the pieces for Sweet & Sour Broccoli (page 36). Cut one of the remaining c macadamia nuts pieces of pineapple in half and place in the blender.4 tsp cacao nibsPlace one of the oranges and half of the papaya in the blender with the pineapple. Holding one end of the acai packet, place the other end on a cutting board and hit it 3-4 times with the back of a knife to break it up. Turn it over and repeat. Cut an x across one side of the packet through the plastic to open it, then squeeze the pulp into the blender. On low speed, blend the fruits until they are a smooth liquid/frozen consistency. Stop periodically if needed to scrape the walls and push down the mix with a spatula or spoon. Cut each frozen banana into 3-4 pieces. On medium speed,add the frozen banana to the blender and blend until the mixture becomes thick, frozen, and smooth. Scoop the mix into a frozen bowl and flatten. Cut the remaining papaya and pineapple pieces into bite sized shapes. Slice thetwo extra bananas. Separate the remaining orange into segments.
